    When is the convenience fee refunded?

    1. In case the order is lost or not delivered at the customer's preferred location, a full refund of the order amount including convenience fee will be given if the payment is made online.
    2. If a customer cancels or returns the order, the convenience fee will not be refunded.
    3. In case of partial or full return of the order, the convenience fee will be non-refundable irrespective of the value of the order*
    4. The order value is calculated after applying GST or any other applicable charges. How do I check the status of my order?

    How can I check whether Green Shakti will be delivered to my pin code or not?

    You can check whether Green Shakti delivers to your pin code by using the courier service option available on the product page. Please tap on "Check Delivery Options" and enter your area pin code in the relevant field to get the required information about the standard order delivery time and availability of Cash on Delivery for the selected product.

    How do I pay for my order on Green Shakti?

    At Green Shakti we support the following payment options:

    1. Cash on Delivery (Available in selected pin codes)

    What is COD limit?

    Green Shakti reserves the right to set COD limits for each customer and/or order. The COD limit includes any undelivered, unpaid orders and any new orders to be placed.

    What should I do if my payment fails?

    Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after the payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

    What is Green Shakti's return and exchange policy? How does this work?

    Green Shakti's return and exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange the items purchased on Green Shakti for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (Refer product detail page for the same). Feel free to try on any product, but we only ask that the product remains unused and preserved in its original condition with tags and packaging included. In case a seal tag is received with the item, ensure that it remains attached and intact with the product to avoid any hassle in case of return/exchange. We have two ways to return products:

    1. Pick Up: At most locations, we provide free pick-up service. On submitting the return request, you will see the option of pickup.
    2. Self-ship: If we don't offer pickup at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping cost as Green Shakti Credit, provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared the scanned copy of the courier receipt with us.

    What is Green Power's cancellation policy?

    You may cancel an order once it has been packed/shipped, as long as the cancellation option is available on the Website. This also includes goods purchased for sale. Any amount paid will be credited to the same payment mode using which the payment was made Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

    Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before it is processed (packed), by updating it under 'Change Address' option, which is available under 'My Orders' section of the website.

    How do I cancel my order?

    Tap on the "My Orders" section under the main menu of your website and then select the item or order you wish to cancel

    I just canceled my order. When will I get my refund?

    If you had selected Cash on Delivery, no amount will be refunded as you have not paid for your order. For payments made through credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallets, you will receive the refund in the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
