What is Green Shaktir's return and exchange policy? How does this work?

Green Shakti's return and exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange the items purchased on Green Shakti for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (Refer product detail page for the same). Feel free to try on any product, but we only ask that the product remains unused and preserved in its original condition with tags and packaging included. In case a seal tag is received with the item, ensure that it remains attached and intact with the product to avoid any hassle in case of return/exchange. We have two ways to return products:

1. Pick Up: At most locations, we provide free pick up service. On submitting the return request, you will see the option of pickup.

2. Self-ship: If we don't offer pickup at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping cost as Green Shakti Credit, provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared the scanned copy of the courier receipt with us.
